The Secret History of the Pink Carnation
Read this for both a book club and the Colorful Challenge. Simply stated I didn't like this one. A combination of chick-lit (which I am not interested in at all) and romance, the book falls flat. The characters are not characters of their period. There are still moments I think of when I think of this book that are just painful memories (that boat scene anyone?). Pass on this one.
